Lime Energy is the concept of its founder and Managing Director Robert Loveridge. Founded in 2007 as a means to support the new Government legislation on Home Information Packs and Energy Performance Certificates. Lime Energy’s mission is to provide the public with quality EPCs at a reduced rate compared with the current market value and to work with Developers, Estate Agents, Solicitors and Local Government schemes to provide best business practice in the housing industry. Robert Loveridge has spent the last decade working with global Corporate Groups with the likes of kingfisher,      The CDI Corporation, Connells Group & Norwich Union.

 

As the topic of green energy and carbon emissions around the globe heightens members are pushing from talks to actual reductions to meet targets by 2012 set by the Kyoto Protocol. These means that because our homes produce the largest amount of carbon emissions the Building Industry will have to meet new guide lines set from information sourced during EPC surveys.
