Lime Energy works with Estate Agents, Solicitors, Letting Agencies and Property Developers across the South Coast of England providing Energy Performance Certificates for inclusion in Home Information Packs.
Energy Performance Certificates
Energy Performance Certificates can be produced on an individual basis or under Preferred Supplier Agreement . Lime Energy will carry out an audit of the property and produce an Energy Performance Certificate that will be valid for a 12 month period. This service is guaranteed to be completed by Lime Energy within a 24 - 48 hour period. The Energy Performance Certificate will form part of the final Home Information Pack.
